I have recommended Math Sprout to other parents, we have seen a lot of improvement in my kids' ability in doing calculations and work with numbers.
Third Grade Math Worksheets
Third grade is a time for learning and mastering two (mostly new) operations: multiplication and division with single-digit numbers. The student also deepens his understanding of addition and subtraction, and uses those in many different contexts, such as with money, time, and measuring.
They learn about the commutative and distributive properties of multiplication, noting patterns in the facts tables such as the regularity of fives and nines. They are asked to explain the inverse relationship between multiplication and division and to write related fact families. Children in third grade math learn about division including an understanding of remainders.
3rd grade math students solve number sentences with missing addends, create simple word problems for a given number sentence, diagram or model, and solve real-world equations and inequalities.
